    Scouts Egg-Stravaganza in Toast

Depending on your cookie cutters, this can be anything you want . . . eggs in a boat, eggs in a heart. You will need

    A slice of bread
    2 tablespoons of butter
    One egg
    Spatula and a small frypan
Favorite cookie cutters and a grown up to help with the stove.

    1. Take a piece of bread and cut a hole in the center with your favorite cookie cutter -- you can even use an upside down glass.
    2. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a small frying pan over a low heat. Add the bread to the pan and then break the egg into the hole. Cook until the bread is golden on the other side.
    3. Turn the bread over, add the rest of the butter and keep frying until the egg looks done- just a couple of minutes more.
